Our Return & Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing Slam Box. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law the following applies to purchases
  1. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  3. Proof of Purchase: Consumers may be asked to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt) when seeking a refund, repair, or replacement.
  4. Timeframe: All refunds and returns must be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the item/s
  5. Exclusions/Limitations: Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable: Customers unhappy with the value of card/s in all our products are not able to seek renumeration or returns. We do not guarantee that the value of the box/es is specific to what is outlayed.
